Returns & Replacements

We offer free replacements or refunds for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged item

• Defective item

• Missing package (confirmed by carrier)

To request support, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@evelyngift.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or washed items.
